smartBizNY is a collaboration between green buildings expert Lee Jaffe, LEED AP, and Zach Fried, a sustainability consultant.

Lee is a land use and environmental planning consultant specializing in environmental review services for urban development projects. He has worked on a broad range of green building projects, including projects for commercial, hospitality, and residential uses. Lee is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Zach founded Moosewood Consulting, offering a broad range of sevices to businesses going green and communicating green ideas. He is also a technical consultant to clients in creative and legal fields and has years of experience in marketing and advertising.
